Account information (name, email), order details, shipping address, payment metadata (we never store card numbers), iSID uploads, and standard analytics (pages viewed, device, approximate location).

To process orders, produce iSID custom pieces, send transactional emails, prevent fraud, and improve the shopping experience. We do not sell your data.

We use essential cookies for cart and login, plus first-party analytics. You can opt out of non-essential cookies via your browser settings.

Your uploaded silhouettes are used only to manufacture your custom piece. They are not used in marketing without your explicit, opt-in consent.

We share order data only with shipping carriers, payment processors and fulfilment partners as required to deliver your order.

Access, correction, deletion and data portability. Email privacy@ihandletherock.store and we'll respond within 30 days.

Order data: 7 years for tax. Account data: until you request deletion. iSID files: 12 months after fulfilment, then deleted.

Not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We'll post any updates here and email account-holders for material changes.
